The Martial Saint Emerges: My Rules Are the Rules

A cold blade rusts, yet the ancient hero’s soul remains; the Nine Cauldrons lie buried, and the Way has faded.

Mist shrouds the Dragon Abyss, locking away tears in humble homes; clouds veil the Tiger Gate, where the powerful dwell.

He would tear apart the sky and break the old covenant, daring to burn this murky world and usher in a new age.

Who will temper the broken sword with starlight, and reopen the sun and moon to shine upon a cold breast?

The story takes place in a vast martial-arts world called the Nine Provinces. Sects stand everywhere, imperial authority has waned, and martial strength reigns supreme. Yet after a thousand years, the martial world has lost the chivalry and passion it once possessed. In their place are rigid social classes, hypocritical doctrines, and the cold law of the jungle.

The great and prestigious sects monopolize peerless techniques, while powerful clans control the lifeblood of resources. Those born to humble families have no hope of rising above their station, and low-ranking martial artists are treated like blades of grass. The so-called “rules of the martial world” are nothing more than tools the powerful use to protect their privileges and crush dissent.

This is a deadlocked order that must be broken, and a true “game changer” is about to emerge.
