Entering the Game: The Nameless Pact

Chen Mo is a young man whose ordinary name has made him hit one wall after another. To cross the barriers of marriage and social class, he signs a "name loan" contract and changes his name to Chen Yuhe in exchange for a bright future. Beneath the glitter, the price is his authentic self and the woman he loves, who drifts farther and farther away. When his wife, Xiaoya, discovers the secret of the contract, a battle to reclaim his true name quietly begins. With the arrival of new life and debt collectors bearing down on them, they must prove that a name is not a label to be traded, but a root bound to flesh and blood. This is a story about collateral and redemption, glamour and authenticity, asking who we really are in an age that worships labels, and what we would be willing to pay to reclaim the selves we once were.
