[Fantasy Brainstorm] [The Era After the Journey to the West] [The Seven Gourd Brothers] [The Struggle for the Dao] [Walking the Journey to the West Again] [New Characters] [The Eighth Gourd]
The seven brothers had just transmigrated into the Gourd Brothers when someone used them as pawns, and they furiously smashed through the Southern Heavenly Gate.
Zhenyuanzi came to their rescue. His words, “You all share the same roots as the Ginseng Fruit Tree,” showed them the only way to survive: walk the Journey to the West again.
This road held the truth behind their grandfather’s murder, as well as the secret of creation that the gods and Buddhas of every realm were desperately trying to conceal.
The wronged spirits of White Bone Ridge, the mountain of corpses at Lion Camel Ridge, Maitreya Buddha’s smiling face, Baixiaosheng’s whispers…
The forces of Heaven, the Western Paradise, the Underworld, the Dragon Clan, the Jie Sect, and the Chan Sect all entered the fray.
But as the seven brothers retraced the journey, they made a shocking discovery: there had never been only seven Gourd Brothers. There was also one that had never appeared in the world before: the eighth gourd.
When the final truth came to light, the seven brothers lifted the eighth gourd and looked toward the immortals and Buddhas of every realm.
“Give back everything that belonged to Grandpa!”
The imagination is wide open, the characters are lifelike, and the gourd dolls travel through time and cause havoc in heaven. The writing is pretty good. The author's imagination is truly amazing! The more I watch, the more I like it! Platinum paper of the future!
