The Head of My Sect Is Five and a Half

Su Nuannuan, the youngest sect leader in the history of the Tianji Sect, has come down the mountain with a talking orange cat called “Elder”! Her goal is clear: make the sect flourish, open urban branch campuses, and recruit disciples by the thousands!

Lu Hanchuan, a business tycoon, owes his life to a “sugar bean” and becomes the little ancestor’s “registered disciple” and full-time babysitter, constantly questioning his life choices. Qin Yunqing, a female war goddess, is subdued with a single move and gladly takes up the roles of chief enforcer and personal assistant.

From then on, Jiangcheng’s whole vibe changes. Kindergarteners are put through tests of their “Dao hearts,” top-tier families line up for a dose of “Leg-Extending, Eye-Popping Pills,” and a special department stares at reports of resolved S-rank paranormal incidents, deep in thought.

Clutching her baby bottle, Su Nuannuan blinks her big, soft eyes. “Our Tianji Sect offers great benefits: full social insurance and housing fund, and we’ll teach you everything you need to know! What? You don’t believe me? Then you might have some bad luck.”

And just as everyone thinks this is merely a lively urban comedy, Su Nuannuan gazes at a crack deep in the city, invisible to ordinary people, and furrows her little brows. “Why is the seal on the ‘Rift Abyss’ coming loose?”
