Legend has it that deep within the Sea of Death in the Taklamakan Desert lies an ancient city buried beneath the yellow sands for a thousand years. Within it is enshrined a supreme treasure capable of bringing the dead back to life and restoring flesh to bare bones: the Tai Sui Mystery Pill.

For a mysterious commission, the Iron Triangle of tomb raiders reunites, driving a lone Hummer into this uninhabited wasteland. But they soon discover that this journey is no simple treasure hunt. A well-equipped mercenary organization led by Peter Huang is hot on their heels, determined to seize the Mystery Pill.

After enduring countless dangers and retrieving the treasure from the ancient city's underground palace, they realize they have already been caught up in a far greater vortex. Taking the “key” caused the ancient city's “anomaly point” to run out of control, awakening a terrifying entity that had slept for a thousand years.

Attacked from both sides and surrounded by danger, the tomb raiders' treasure hunt turns into a desperate fight to escape, as they face a multinational organization's assault and a disaster descended from ancient mythology. Can they survive this unimaginable crisis? And what astonishing secrets lie behind the mysterious “Guixu” Project?
