New Fourth Army Evangelion

[Mechs! Hard sci-fi! The Red Spirit! No female lead!]

The “Great Purge” arrives. The heavens split open, and colossal alien beasts codenamed “Wasteland” descend like divine punishment, turning the land to scorched earth and treating humanity as vermin. To preserve the flame of civilization, humanity gives everything it has to forge steel giants capable of fighting the gods: the “Divine Weapon Mechs.”

Yet pilots capable of synchronizing their nervous systems with the “Divine Weapons” are one in ten thousand. They are the chosen of their age, and humanity’s last hope.

Fang Huai is an utterly ordinary PLA logistics soldier. His synchronization test result is 3.7%, “not recommended for piloting.” In an age where geniuses abound and everyone pursues individual power, his only “gift” is the iron will and absolute discipline forged in the military, already etched into his bones.

No golden finger, no System. All he can do is roar through soul-rending agony, again and again, and pilot steel gods in a mortal body.

“Command, this is Fang Huai. My synchronization rate is only 3.7%, but my will is at 100%!”
