In the seventeenth year of Chongzhen's reign in the Ming Dynasty, the Jiashen Incident occurred.
On top of the Meishan Mountain, Zhu Youjian covered his face with his sleeves and left a sad and indignant edict of "I am not the king of the country that has perished, but all of my ministers are the subjects of the country's subjugation", ending the Ming Dynasty that lasted for 276 years. He was unwilling and filled with hatred, and finally his soul returned to Jiuquan amidst the sound of Li Zicheng and Dorgon's iron hoofs.
However, fate did not allow it, and the bloodline continued.
A ray of unwilling emperor's soul, carrying the deep regret of the country's subjugation and the endless murderous intention for traitors, reversed time and space and returned to the turning point of fate - the last years of Chongzhen.
