[Fictional Dynasty] + [System] + [Two Male Leads] + [Jianghu and Court Politics] (I’m still fleshing out the outline as I write. Nobody’s reading it anyway.)
Jia Baoyu x Tuoba An (noble young master of the jianghu x good-hearted, scheming crown prince)
Lin Daiyu x unknown (haven’t decided)
Xue Baochai x unknown (haven’t decided)
Because of a mistake by the System, the person who was supposed to transmigrate as Lin Daiyu’s brother accidentally transmigrates as Jia Baoyu instead.
This transmigrated Jia Baoyu never realizes the System is there or makes contact with it. He only cares about becoming a great hero of the jianghu.
System: I’ve already made a mistake. If the Lin family is wiped out, the Divine Lord’s disciple will tear me to pieces.
Luckily, the story has strayed from its original path without veering too far. There’s still time to fix things!
When Jia Baoyu isn’t setting up a hideout, he’s sneaking out to meet great heroes of the jianghu or make new friends...
Lin Daiyu: Brother Bao, can we sneak out to play today?
Jia Baoyu: No, I think I’ve gotten myself into trouble again!
Tuoba An: Brother Lin, why aren’t you taking the imperial exams? Our dynasty needs clever people like you!
