A few things to know before you start:
1: This is my first time writing a novel, so please give it a few chapters before deciding what you think.
2: The heroine takes on villainous traits later on. Please don't judge her by the standards of ordinary real-life values. If anything is genuinely inappropriate, I'll consider changing it.
3: The mortal-world plot takes up a large portion of the story, and the pace is relatively slow.
4: The early chapters can't be edited, so the writing is rough and the plot may not make sense. It gets better later.
Zhuying grew up in the borderlands of the demon realm with her beloved, Yu Luo. The Immortal Realm feared the power of the border clans, so it used the war between the immortals and demons to slaughter the entire clan, sparing only Zhuying.
