Top surgeon Tang Chen is reborn in the body of a hunter with the same name, who was killed by a pack of wolves in the 1980s.
He opens his eyes at the scene of a bloody hunt, and uses the medical skills from his past life to establish himself in a remote mountain village.
He thinks this is just an ordinary age of hunting, until he discovers that every beast they kill has an ancient silver needle hidden inside its body.
While the other hunters are still struggling to put food on the table, Tang Chen has secretly collected hundreds of silver needles and pieced together a shocking secret map.
By then, a group of mysterious outsiders has already entered the village.
