My mother gave me three house rules:
1. You are not allowed to leave the bedroom door after ten o'clock in the evening.
2. If you hear the sound of cutting something in the kitchen, don't be curious, it's not your mother.
3. If you see your "sister" returning to the room, please pretend to be asleep immediately.
I originally thought it was just her harshness.
Until I looked through the crack in the door and saw the woman who looked exactly like my mother in the kitchen, chopping a piece of black meat with a kitchen knife.
And my "sister" was crawling on the ceiling with twisted limbs, smiling at me.
Now, my mother is holding the plate of meat and calling my name gently outside the door.
Should I open the door?
