Nuanzhi as Usual

In the autumn of 1972, after experiencing a fruitless love affair with her childhood sweetheart Feng Chao, 19-year-old Chang Na married Cun Zhiyuan, a rigorous and upright young technician with a disappointed but sober heart. This marriage, which began with "suitability" rather than "deep love", slowly unfolded in a family compound in a heavy industrial city in Northeast China. Two people with very different personalities, from their initial restraints, frictions and misunderstandings, to getting close to each other and understanding each other in daily life. Finally, in the torrent of time and trivial life, with sincerity and perseverance, they forged a deep love that is stronger than love and incorporates family affection and kindness.
