You Were Supposed to Deliver Food, Not Become a Martial Arts Legend

I’m Li Mo, the last heir of the Liuhe School. My ancestors used this martial art to defend the nation and slay its enemies during the Ming dynasty. But in 2025, I’m delivering takeout and about to be laid off by the platform.

While making a delivery, I saw a luxury car knock down a mother and daughter. I rushed to help, but the owner’s bodyguard kicked my food box flying and sneered, “Still putting on a show? What kind of trash martial art is that?”

The next moment, both my hands were crippled, and I was framed and thrown in prison!

They trampled on my head and humiliated me in front of everyone. “Remember this, kid: in this day and age, money is the strongest martial art!”

Only then did I realize this hadn’t been an accident. An organization called the New Martial Arts Alliance was using money and violence to systematically eliminate heirs to the ancient martial arts.

They said chivalry was dead and the martial world had to be wiped out.

But they didn’t know that the esports god who could land a hundred perfect flick shots was an heir of the Tang Clan!

That the food blogger who controlled the city’s entire underground intelligence network was an heir of the Beggars’ Guild!

That the top lawyer who could decide a person’s fate with nothing but a fountain pen was an heir of Emei!

When I get out of prison, I’ll find them all, one by one.

With these fists they once crushed, I’ll tell the New Martial Arts Alliance:

Your era is over. The martial world is back!
