After their first attempt at "scientific ghost hunting" accidentally connected them to the underworld's internal network and downloaded part of the Book of Life and Death, Dalang and Little Fatty were forced to sign a "Ghost-Crossing Agent" contract with the underworld. They were tasked with handling supernatural incidents in the mortal realm that the underworld authorities couldn't deal with publicly, operating in the "gray areas". They could use "merit points" to pay off their debts for "unauthorized actions" and earn a reward. And so, the two lovable goofballs began one hilarious adventure after another, solving supernatural problems in the most outrageous ways!
