On a stormy night, four university students from the Folklore Research Society receive a yellowed newspaper clipping pointing to the Chen family’s old mansion deep in Qingwu Ridge, the site of a massacre that wiped out the entire family a century ago. They drive there, only to have their car break down in the mountains and their navigation system fail. On a mountain road shrouded in rain and mist, they spot eerie lights coming from the abandoned mansion. Once inside, they encounter one strange event after another: doors opening and closing on their own, footsteps in the attic, and a diary revealing ominous signs that preceded the massacre. They must find a way out amid the danger and uncover the century-old mystery of this haunted house.
