Whatever, I Transmigrated

[No transmigration + amnesia + a big shot turned rookie + a best friend's feelings turning romantic + a cultivation world governed by "I reckon" logic + no fixed top/bottom]

"I transmigrated!"

"On an ordinary morning, I opened my eyes and discovered that all my old dreams had come true: I had become a venerable immortal! How could this be anything but Heaven's favor? Hahahahaha..."

His best friend sighed. "I've told you, you have amnesia. You didn't transmigrate."

"Whatever!" Qi Lin put his hands on his hips, full of himself. "I transmigrated!"

His best friend covered his face and sighed again.

Qi Lin was confused. "What, are you jealous of me?"

His best friend lowered his hand and looked at him earnestly, his tone calm. "You really didn't transmigrate. You lost your memory because you died and came back to life."

"Impossible," Qi Lin said, unconvinced. "With you around, who could kill me?"

"..."

His best friend said, "I was the one who killed you."

[No outline, xianxia]

A few quick disclaimers:

1. I'm terrible at plotting and don't have an outline, so there may be logic holes.

2. Not every character will be likable. If there's something you particularly hate about a character who isn't a pure villain, feel free to vent at the author. Once you've yelled at me, though, leave the characters alone, okay~

3. The protagonist will have some especially "noble and righteous" moments. If you don't like people who are too kind, you may want to turn back now.

4. Let's keep the discussion civil. No fighting, please.

That's all.

If that works for you, let's begin!
