Mortal Body, Defying the Immortals: From the Start, the Sword Spirit Lifted My Coffin Lid

When I woke up, I had become Shen Qingxian, the vicious senior sister in a feel-good xianxia novel. Jealous to the core, she was destined to be beaten to a pulp by the male and female leads, Ye Fan and Lin Wan'er, working together. I opened my eyes to a deadly setup: the lid of the icy coffin had been thrown open, and the righteous male lead was accusing me of stealing the sect’s most precious treasure. In the original story, I would be ruined today, becoming the first stepping stone on the mortal heroine’s path to the top. My cultivation gone, everyone turning against me? I ran my hand over the ancient sword patterns etched inside the coffin and prepared to fight to the death, when a lazy boy’s voice rang in my mind: [Tsk, the leads in this story are terrible actors. Little girl, drip your blood here, and I’ll show you a good time.] From then on, my path to immortality went completely off track. When Ye Fan came to humiliate me with the might of his destined fortune, the ancient sword spirit floating behind me cut his golden dragon of destiny in half with a single stroke. When Lin Wan'er tearfully played the victim and tried to steal my opportunity in the secret realm, I revealed the images on a recording stone for all to see, shattering the pure and innocent persona she had so carefully cultivated. The ancient great demon I subdued became my adorable little guard pet. The shadow organization I founded spread its influence across the three realms. Those who had once abandoned and humiliated me could now only gaze up at the hem of my skirt. I thought I was following a villain’s comeback script, until the day the God King descended from the Ninth Heaven and fell to his knees, trembling before the sword spirit at my side, calling it “Your Excellency.” Then the Heavenly Dao, which had once scorned me, appeared before me and spat out its most vicious curse: “Abomination, you otherworldly soul who stole the source of this world!” The tip of the Slaying Dao Sword lifted slightly toward the sky. Its voice was colder and more protective than I had ever heard it: “Who told you she was an outsider?”
