Lin Xingwan: A clever infrastructure maniac and witty wisecracker VS Yin: An aloof mechanical genius, a socially anxious tech geek
Shen Qinglian: A cool-headed combat expert, clever and composed VS Mo Hen: A straightforward, alert Wolf King clan chief and devoted husband
A lab accident sends two badass best friends transmigrating into a savage beast world! From the start, they’re surrounded by iron-toothed boars and watched by a Wolf Clan hunting party. Worse still, a mysterious purple blight is spreading, infecting living things and driving beasts mad.
Lin Xingwan is a quick-witted infrastructure fanatic who uses her knowledge of math and science to thrive in the beast world. She puts sanitary pads and shoe insoles to practical use, then makes bricks and salt and gets farming underway, transforming the Wolf Clan’s caves into comfortable homes. Shen Qinglian is a cool-headed combat expert from a military family, with extraordinary skills. She takes on the Wolf King with her bare hands and becomes the tribe’s combat instructor, her fighting prowess off the charts.
They are unexpectedly drawn into a crisis in the beast world. The source of the purple blight leads to an ancient malfunctioning device, while an antisocial engineer from a wandering Snake Clan and the straightforward, fiercely protective Wolf Clan chief become their most dependable allies and lovers.
They face political maneuvering between tribes, layers of traps in the ruins, and life-or-death missions where they must entrust their lives to each other. Should they shut down the device for good and secure a peaceful future, or risk repairing it to protect the planet’s future? The two powerful couples join forces to survive and build a new life in the wilderness, uncover the truth behind the purple blight, and create a legendary civilization in the beast world!
