In a new era of spiritual qi revival, the Western Heaven is no longer the legendary Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss, but a vast lie woven by Tathagata, the Buddhas, Zhunti, Jieyin, and others. The souls of ancient divine generals such as Sun Wukong, Zhu Bajie, Yang Jian, and Nezha are reincarnated and awaken in an age full of danger and opportunity.
They discover that the history of heroes from ages past has long been altered, and the truth buried. The protagonist Sun Yan, Sun Wukong reincarnated, meets Zhu Hai, Zhu Bajie reincarnated; Yang Zhao, Yang Jian reincarnated; and Na Che, Nezha reincarnated. Together, they embark on a journey to uncover the truth and fight the false gods. Guided by ancient powerhouses such as Bodhi and the Eastern Florescence Emperor, they gradually unravel the shocking conspiracy behind Journey to the West.
