[Beast Taming + Summoning + Twin Talents + Growth + Passion]
The entrance to the Summoner Academy in Tianxing City is an insurmountable barrier for Lu Yan, a commoner boy.
To break free from an ordinary life, he ventures alone into the perilous Monster Forest. With no powerful family backing him and no heaven-defying lucky breaks, he forms a contract with a dying thornbush and names it Jingjing.
Who could have guessed that this seemingly frail plant could use its slender branches to stand against ferocious monsters, or that it concealed a world-shaking secret capable of upending the continent? Who could have guessed that this unremarkable contract would awaken twin talents in him: the ability to see the essence of all things and to vanish without a trace into the shadows?
The short-horned, long-eared rabbit is only the beginning. Fenglin Town is nowhere near the end of his journey.
A single plant, a pair of talents, and a boy who refuses to settle for an ordinary life.
When the thorns pierce the darkness and shadowy footsteps cross the continent, Lu Yan will stand at the pinnacle of heaven and earth in the name of a summoner!
