The game world of "Era of the Old Gods" is built on a tragic ruins:
In ancient times, a dimension-shaking war broke out between the "Old God of Code" who attempted to control the data of all things and the "Reality Dragon" who maintained the balance of the universe. The result of the war was that both sides suffered losses, and the world was torn apart, forming seven "data rifts" with different styles, from the steel city of steampunk to the Emerald Dream where magic and plants grew wildly.
Nowadays, although the old god is sealed, its escaping power has spawned various dangerous "data creatures" and "logic viruses", which continue to erode this already fragile world. The players are the new forces rising on this broken battlefield.
