Those above who fancy themselves the Heavenly Dao cannot stand the harmony of those below. They use the power of heaven and earth to reshape the world, tempting living beings into slaughter and thereby taking control of all life under heaven. The world was never governed by a Dao; all paths arise from the heart. Only by breaking the Dao can one master the Great Dao.
