The Harem Is Locked in a Cutthroat Contest, While I Get Rich Running a Cat Cafe

A simple plot summary:

Qian Youyou transmigrates into the body of an abandoned consort in the Cold Palace and finds that the concubines' lives consist of nothing but competing for favor and scheming against one another. It's unbearably dull. Looking at the palace's overabundance of imperial cats, she gets an idea: using modern management and marketing techniques, she opens a "Royal Cat Cafe" in the Cold Palace.

She creates distinct "cat personas" for the felines, launches a "Noble Consort's Cat-Petting Package" and an "Empress's Afternoon Tea," and plans an "Imperial Cat Pageant" for Singles' Day... Business booms, and even the emperor can't resist visiting in disguise to pet the cats.

While the other consorts are still scheming over where the emperor will spend the night, Qian Youyou has already become the harem's true "rich lady" thanks to the cat cafe's profits. Even the emperor has to make an "appointment" to see her. The story's appeal lies in how the heroine completely steps outside the traditional competition between women. Through building a business and indulging in adorable pets, she brings "consumer upgrades" to the harem and lives a carefree life.
