Wukong, Behave! My Dad Is the Azure Bull Demon

I transmigrated into Journey to the West and became a cannon-fodder little demon in Black Wind Cave.

With Brother Monkey about to send me westward with a single blow of his staff, I decisively chose to... lie flat and call for Dad!

“Dear nephew, this is a Nine-Turn Golden Pill your great-uncle Taishang Laojun refined. Take it and eat it like candy.”

“Good grandson, these are the peaches your aunt sent. Eat as many as you like, and take the rest with you.”

From then on, the journey to fetch the scriptures took a bizarre turn.

At Flaming Mountain, I got Princess Iron Fan to hand over her banana-leaf fan with a single remark.

At Lion Camel Ridge, I casually foiled the Demon Lord's thousand-year scheme.

All the gods and Buddhas in heaven watched their step around me.

Then one day, the Tathagata and the Jade Emperor came to see me in person.

Tathagata: “Young friend, now that the journey is over, a Buddha's seat at Spirit Mountain awaits you!”

Jade Emperor: “Come to the Celestial Court. I grant you the rank of a first-grade Immortal Lord, with a lifespan as long as heaven itself!”

As I hesitated, my father, the Azure Bull Demon, calmly pulled out a list.

“Don't rush, son. Let me help you assess how sincere they are and what their year-end benefits look like.”

“Why not wait a little longer? Your mother says the Demon Realm wants to hire you as its crown prince too...”
