Tomb Raiding: The Qilin's Road Home

A fanfiction based on The Grave Robbers' Chronicles. Male leads: Zhang Qiling and Qijia Esi Nile (Hei Xiazi), a one-on-one pairing, Zhang Qiling x Hei Xiazi. Supporting character: Yun Qing.

Zhang Qiling: The main male lead. Primarily cultivates the sword path, with alchemy and talisman arts as secondary disciplines. Supreme-grade single ice spirit root, Qilin bloodline, a Myriad Things Space, and the celestial flame “Netherworld.”

Qijia Esi Nile (Hei Xiazi): Zhang Qiling's cultivation partner. Supreme-grade golden spirit root, Pixiu bloodline, and the celestial flame “Devourer of Heaven.”

Yun Qing: Zhang Qiling's master, a sword-path titan with a single lightning spirit root and a naturally formed sword bone. Ascended 200 years before Zhang Qiling.

Cultivation system:

Cultivation Realm: Qi Refining (Cultivator) → Foundation Establishment (Daoist Master) → Golden Core (Alchemist) → Nascent Soul (True Person) → Spirit Transformation (True Lord) → Void Refinement (Profound Venerable) → Great Ascension (Venerable) → Tribulation Transcendence (Patriarch)

Immortal Realm: Earth Immortal (High Immortal) → Heavenly Immortal (Immortal Elder) → Grand Unity Golden Immortal (Grand Unity Immortal Lord) → Golden Immortal (Immortal Lord) → Great Encompassment Golden Immortal (Heavenly Venerable) → Quasi-Sage (Dao Venerable) → Sage (Dao Ancestor)

Core rules: Spiritual energy is abundant, and four paths coexist: Dao, demonic, Buddhist, and demonic beast. Heretical cultivators are enemies of all. Immortals cannot descend to the lower realms, and ascension requires returning half of one's spirit veins.

Key settings:

The Cangqiong Continent (Zhang Qiling cultivates and advances, chapters 1–78) → The Grave Robbers' Chronicles world (the Mute and the Blind meet and grow close, become cultivation partners, eliminate anomalies, and help the Heavenly Dao, chapters 79–159) → The Immortal Realm (the Mute and the Blind advance on the path to transcendence).

The author hasn't read the original, so there are lots of original worldbuilding details, and almost none of the original plot. This is a cultivation novel wearing the skin of The Grave Robbers' Chronicles fanfiction, so you can treat it as a completely new story.
