Jin An, a grassroots civil servant who has just "come ashore", has transformed into a bankrupt city lord from another world before he has even figured out the situation in his unit.
Faced with a mess where creditors blocked the door and demons were rampant, the only thing he could count on was a cracked bronze official seal.
Until he discovered that this official seal was actually the ancient artifact [The Seal of All Forms]. From then on, the style of painting completely deviated:
Others rely on spiritual power to achieve immortality, while he relies on performance appraisal to achieve immortality.
Controlling ghosts established an intelligence department, refining corpses to form an infrastructure brigade, and taming beasts to undertake logistics throughout the territory.
Facing the cultivator boss who came looking for trouble, he handed over a "Penalty Form of the Monk's Code of Conduct": "You have violated the rules. You will be fined five hundred spiritual stones, or you may come to our Jing'an Department to work voluntarily for three days."
While others were still fighting for the magic pill, Jin An had already formulated new KPIs for the Three Realms. From the disorder of reincarnation in the underworld to the monopoly of resources in the fairy world, there is no problem that cannot be solved by a work plan and a list of responsibilities.
Many years later, the Three Realms were in order. Jin An sat at the headquarters of the Jing'an Division and silently took out a thick "Three Realms Public Security Management Punishment Law" in front of the World-Destroying Demon Lord who came to provoke him.
"Don't talk to me about your cultivation, fellow Taoist, you are breaking the law."

The setting of this book is so interesting! It is a "hardcore" collision between the modern civil service system and the world of cultivating immortals, which is full of creativity. There is a full sense of contrast between "cultivating immortality through performance appraisal" and "governing bosses through rules and regulations". It has both the rigor and humor within the system and the grand imagination of the immortal hero. The protagonist uses a work plan to solve the problems in the Three Realms. This serious "dimensionality reduction attack" is hilarious and inexplicably reasonable. Looking forward to seeing how the male protagonist uses KPIs and penalty orders to rectify the evil practices in the three realms!
