Secret Records of a Spirit Medium Forensic Doctor

Lin Yu is a forensic pathologist at the lowest point in his life. One day at work, while examining the fourth corpse, he discovers blood-written words on the victim's internal organs: “72 hours left.” Security footage shows the words appearing out of nowhere. On the inside of the victim's wrist is a miniature roll of film, which, when pieced together, reveals a photograph of an old-fashioned clock frozen at one minute before death. As the investigation deepens, Lin Yu finds the name of a fifth victim in an autopsy report written before the body was even received. His own handwriting appears in a corner of the film, leaving him questioning his sanity. Meanwhile, a mysterious supernatural organization secretly obstructs his investigation, destroying evidence and creating false leads. Lin Yu's 72 hours are running out, and failure to solve the mystery will lead to catastrophic consequences.
