Douluo Dalu: I Teach Goddesses Across from Shrek

[Apocalypse Fortress] + [Rule Maker] + [Rental Game] + [All the Tenants Are Beautiful Women] + [Absolute Control]

The apocalypse arrives, and zombies surround the city. My run-down apartment building, which nobody wanted, unexpectedly activates the “Divine Shelter System” and becomes the only safe zone for a hundred miles. As it happens, my tenants are my college’s belle, who dumped me for being poor, and her group of rich friends who looked down on me. Hounded by zombies and running for their lives, they want to come inside and take shelter? Sure, but sign a rental agreement first. My rules are simple: a bed in the first-floor dormitory costs one ham sausage a day; a private room on the second floor costs one session of “truth or dare” a day; and as for the master bedroom on the third floor... Campus belle, your rent was due yesterday. Would you rather I throw you out to feed the zombies, or would you like to be a little more cooperative?
