The swimming teams of two neighboring disadvantaged high schools (an "affiliated school" under an elite high school and an ordinary community vocational high school) face demolition of the old swimming pool they share due to municipal planning. The only remaining chance is to defeat the elite school team with a luxurious venue in a joint competition.
