This novel has a romantic pairing: Gin. But there's almost no romance in the first half, and it doesn't start to show until after chapter 100.
The male lead is incredibly strong, though he hides his real abilities most of the time. He can hold his own against Makoto Kyogoku, though of course he can't beat him, haha. The male lead is obsessive and a little unhinged in certain situations, and he's got a seriously sharp tongue!

The process is very interesting, and the ending is very exciting. I feel that the protagonist saved the whole world, but failed to save himself.
The ending is rare. The inner struggle and position of the protagonist, and the relationship between Gin and Gin are so touching. The ending made me burst into tears and it was unexpected. The character of the organization boss is also good, and it feels like the mastermind behind the scenes.
