Su Qingqing, an overworked office drone returning home late one night, finds an incredibly handsome man covered in wounds.
The moment he opens his eyes, he pins her with his gaze. “You saved my life. I’ll repay you by marrying you.”
And just like that, she somehow becomes the bride of Xu Hongyuan, heir to the vampire clan, and the two become roommates of different species.
Xu Hongyuan used to fear sunlight and despise humans. Gradually, he turns into a clingy sweetheart who chases after her for cuddles. He braves the sun in a UV jacket just to go grocery shopping with her, and even warms up “blood-bag drinks” for her when she works overtime.
Between their hilarious newlywed life and the mission to revive the vampire clan, Su Qingqing has just one question: “Xu Hongyuan, could you move the coffin lid you’ve hidden in the closet first?”
