From a Little White Snake to Ruling the World

My name is Ye Xiaobai. I was just an ordinary person, but then I turned into a snake. Fine, I could live with being a snake, but one problem after another kept cropping up. I was either running away, getting stronger while running away, or running away again... Still, I kept running and growing stronger until I stood at the top of the world. I thought I was invincible, but then one day I woke up and saw a pair of eyes in the sky. Can someone tell me what they are? I'm tired. Just destroy the world already!
