The Pinnacle of Historical Fiction
Share your favorite historical novels, whether they have fantasy elements or not. Let's talk about them.
Historical Novels
Please recommend some historical novels.
Looking for Superbly Written Historical Novels!
I've read The Chief Ministers, A Scholar of Superior Character, A First-Rank Official, A Generation's Military Advisor, The Son-in-Law, The Beauty of the Rivers and Mountains, The Unification of the Mountains and Rivers, I Picked Up Qin Shi Huang, The End of Song, New Song, and Joy of Life. Are there any similar novels with a highly intelligent protagonist who plans everything in advance?
Looking for Historical Novels About Transmigrating to the Past, the Kind You Can't Help Rereading Again and Again
This Historical Fantasy Novel Has a Fresh and Original Worldbuilding Concept
I'm looking for books like The Art of Reading Qi from the Start. A historical setting with a golden finger: the ability to read qi, see through people's hearts, and avoid danger while seeking profit.
High-Quality Alternate-History Fiction
Wuxia, not xianxia. The protagonist should be a skilled fighter, and it shouldn't be some brainless power fantasy.
Looking for Historical What-If Stories. I Recently Found Out This Genre Has So Many Great Reads
Preferably funny, the kind that keeps you up at night.
Looking for Imaginative Historical Fiction
High-IQ Plots with Tightly Interwoven Twists, Any Genre
A Talented Scholar Transmigrates and Battles in Poetry
Transmigrate to ancient times and compete in poetry
Great Historical Fiction
Make it realistic, not too over-the-top.
A Transmigrated Copyist in Ancient Times: Poetry, Face-Slapping, Imperial Exams, and a Satisfying Rise to Office
A Masterpiece of Historical Fiction with a Wild Premise!
Looking for books similar to Your Majesty, If You Won't Reason with Me, I Know a Thing or Two About Fists. Hardly anyone knows this book, but it's really well written.
Any Stories About Someone Who Transmigrates to Ancient China and Shows Off by Reciting Classical Poetry?
Aside from the one where a scholar becomes a sage, are there any others?
Who's the Best at Wild Historical Fiction?
Looking for books similar to "The Sickly Man Who Became the Ming Dynasty's Imperial Tutor". Are there any well-written alternate-history novels that aren't dumbed down? The ones I've read lately feel like they're insulting my intelligence, with plots that are especially far-fetched. 😅 Ideally, one with an audiobook! Please!!!

The setting of the male protagonist is so in line with my taste. After being reborn, I should open my mind like him. After watching it, my mood improved.
So cool! Finally it's not the old routine of intrigues and intrigues to grab the throne! The protagonist wakes up and sees through the coldness of the emperor's family. He just wants to live a stable life with his family and farmland. The plot is warm and relaxing! Nice! Highly recommended!
The writing is more delicate, and there are a lot of group portrait characters at the beginning. I guess it will be good later on, but the pace feels slow.
The characters are well created and the storyline is very compact. It's worth watching!
