In an imaginary dynasty called "Dajing" where medical skills and political intrigue are intertwined, a lost ancient medical book "The Secret of Qing Sang" is circulated among the people. It is said to be able to revive the dead and turn flesh and bones into white bones, but it also hides the secret to subvert the dynasty. The protagonist, Yun Heng, is a young doctor who is hidden in the market. He has an unknown life experience and unique skills. He uses medical knowledge as an edge in troubled times, saving people and solving puzzles.
