Trouble: The Host Flips the Table Again and Again

Some story worlds leave people feeling powerless, unable to enter the novel and trample the scumbag men, tear apart the scheming women, call out the holier-than-thou hypocrites, and beat up the sanctimonious men.

And those worlds are nearly being torn apart by all the resentment...

A newly launched System accidentally binds itself to a Host who has nothing left but a name.

“Fixing the plot and soothing the resentment of readers who’ve been disgusted by it?” Shi Meng reaches out and pinches the little System in her hand.

Hmm, feels pretty nice, like jelly!

“That’s right, that’s right,” the little System, shaped like a solid ball, bounces up and down.

“Sure. I’m great at fixing things.”

And even better at getting rid of everything I can’t stand.

After all, this plot is so disgusting that I think my own resentment needs a good clearing out, too.

Much, much later, in yet another new little world, the System lets out a piercing shriek!

Host, she’s flipped the table again!
