Underworld Performance Reforms Force Me to Stir Up Trouble

Su Xiaoxiao is a crisis PR consultant with a modest reputation in the industry. Thanks to her exceptional insight into supernatural events and her ability to handle them, the Underworld specially recruits her as its first-ever guest consultant from the living world, tasking her with improving its public image and operational efficiency.

[Underworld Performance Reform Plan]

Goal: Increase the recovery rate of resentment energy by 50% within three years, achieve an 85% satisfaction rate among the departed, and keep the rate at which supernatural incidents are exposed in the living world below 5%.

Measures: Recruit professional talent from the living world, implement a KPI assessment system, and establish clear rewards and penalties.

Su Xiaoxiao looks at these familiar workplace terms, unsure whether to laugh or cry.

“So... the Underworld has performance reviews too?”

“Quick! Pull up the ‘Postpartum Care and Psychological Counseling Plan for Ancient Times’! I need a special version for female spirits who died in childbirth, lost their children, and were betrayed!” Su Xiaoxiao speaks rapidly, feeling like a surgeon asking an assistant for a special instrument in the operating room.

The System falls into an eerie silence.
