Great Ming: I Impeached Zhu Yuanzhang and Got a Promotion and a Raise

Modern-day office drone Ma Rui drops dead and transmigrates, only to find himself living the easy life as Empress Ma's nephew!

He also unlocks the Censor System, starting out as a seventh-rank Investigating Censor!

While everyone else acts meek in court, he plays the “troublemaker.” When Song Xuan, a Left Secretariat official in the Central Secretariat, mocks him, Ma Rui impeaches him on the spot and verbally thrashes him in just a few sentences. Even Zhu Yuanzhang can't help praising his courage!

The System rewards keep coming: the Calligraphy Master skill lets him outshine Song Sui, and one piece of his writing can fetch two emerald beads;

the Imperial Chef skill lets him whip up braised pork on a whim, drawing Zhu Yuanzhang and Empress Ma to his door for a meal;

and even impeaching Zhu Yuanzhang unlocks the famous sword “Chasing Light,” which slices through a table like tofu!

Ma Rui lives more freely than anyone in the Ming!

He impeaches Yang Xian and sends the Embroidered Uniform Guard to Yangzhou to investigate, uncovering the embezzlement of five thousand taels by Huai-Xi nobles.

He even helps a princess dig bamboo shoots and learn to cook, then teams up with Shen Wansan to make a fortune holding a calligraphy exhibition.

Anyone who dares cross him, duke or marquis, gets impeached right in the imperial court.

After all, he's a Ming imperial relative with the empress backing him and the System giving him cheats. How could he not be invincible?
