Lin Fan transmigrates into the Pokemon world and awakens the Power of Viridian from the start. He thinks he’ll become an overpowered hero, but his companions are all “problem children”:
A fierce duck that swaps its leek for a heavy black-iron greatsword and dreams of “achieving sainthood through the flesh”;
A chuuni Butterfree that absorbs the power of Legendary Pokemon and calls itself “this king”;
A scholarly Ghost-type, a streetwise ruffian bear, and a cell colony that acts as an ecological police force...
While everyone else is still memorizing type matchups, his duck cleaves through a Thunderbolt with one strike, and his butterfly uses psychic powers to show the audience bizarre meme videos.
The academy mentor breaks down: “Why are your tactics so dirty?”
Champion Cynthia is smitten: “You... how do you make your Pokemon so happy?”
The villainous organization wails: “Those aren’t Pokemon he’s bringing around. They’re primordial ferocious beasts!”
Years later, Lin Fan stands in front of the “Offbeat Gym” he founded, holding Cynthia’s hand. Faced with cameras and reporters from around the world, he spreads his hands helplessly:
“I really didn’t cheat. It’s just that my Pokemon... have a slightly unusual style.”
The writing is quite good, but there are too many secondary plots. It can be reduced appropriately, and then more communication between people and Pokémon can be written. In the end, is there any hope of creating a situation where the green onion duck is the king of swords in his left hand and the king of shield in his right hand? Unfortunately, I don't have a picture.
Pretty good looking so far
