[Honghuang] Taiqing's Heart Is in Turmoil, Floating Life, Clear Bamboo

Lin Qing: I deliberately changed my name, but I died on the operating table, longing to become a woman. By a twist of fate, my soul merged with the Primordial World, becoming the final wisp of Primordial Violet Qi Taiqing Saint needed to refine in order to attain sainthood.

He is the foremost of the Three Pure Ones, a future Heavenly Dao Sage who calculates all things and prizes tranquility and inaction. And I am the only “flaw” in his vast Heavenly Dao, the last stray thought he must refine.

Refine me? Then I’ll sing a song from another world in his flawless primordial spirit. He wants to merge with the Dao, but I’ll take root and bloom in his heart.

The other sages all say he should erase me, this anomaly. Instead, he defies Heaven for me, personally shaping an immortal body and granting me the Daoist title “Qingzhu.”

With a casual sweep of his horsetail whisk, he shields me behind him. His voice is soft, yet shakes the Nine Heavens: “She is the key to my Dao. None of you may harm her.”

I thought this was merely a scheme to perfect a sage’s Dao foundation.

That is, until the Heavenly Dao sent down punishment, seeking to erase me, this “anomaly,” into nothingness.

The man who had always regarded all creation as straw dogs stood before the Heavenly Dao for the first time. The calm serenity in his eyes shattered, bit by bit, for my sake.

“Qingzhu,” he said, his voice like a sigh, yet heavier than the Primordial World, “if Heaven will not tolerate you, then I will… remake Heaven and Earth.”
