In 2025 AD, a sudden virus broke out and the city fell into a zombie frenzy. Six survivors, including Lin Chen and Song Yao, whose personalities were shaped by their respective fates, gathered under the same roof. They stick to humor and wisdom and help each other in crisis. The story advances on multiple lines, including teamwork to fight off zombies, as well as personal grudges and emotional entanglements. Mutual trust is built with difficulty, and friendship and love grow stronger amid fear and despair. They go through all obstacles to find a safe zone, uncover the origin of zombies, face betrayal and sacrifice, and grow together in the apocalypse. In the end, the team achieved spiritual rebirth and discovered the light and hope amid the disaster.
