When creating "Silent Usurpation", I was committed to creating an urban suspense work that combines the depth of intellectual games with the torture of human nature. I have a strong interest in criminal psychology and behavioral analysis. I have read extensively works in related fields, and paid special attention to literature and film and television works on high-IQ crimes, from which I drew inspiration.
During the creative process, I was deeply inspired by some excellent works. For example, Zhong Yu's "Psycho Master" series shows the wonderful psychological secret battle between psychiatrists, criminal policemen and highly intelligent mental patients. Its narrative method uses bizarre cases to connect psychological elements such as deep hypnosis and subconscious manipulation, and its attempt to integrate Freudian theory and criminal psychology provided me with reference. At the same time, in the "Psychological Crime" series, Remy relied on his professional background as a teacher in a public security school to naturally integrate professional knowledge such as criminal psychology, law, and criminal investigation into the story, creating characters that are deeply rooted in people's hearts. The deeper interpretation of justice and discussion of the boundaries between morality and law triggered by his works also influenced my creative direction. Zhou Haohui's "Evil Hypnotist" trilogy depicts the battle between good and evil between hypnotists, and how hypnosis can be used to control others. His "Interpol Luo Fei" series also brought me a lot of inspiration for its grasp of high-IQ crime suspense.
I hope that "Silent Usurpation" will not only bring readers an exciting reading experience, but also trigger some thoughts on the abyss of human nature, family trauma and social cognitive manipulation.
