A small thousand-world? A great thousand-world?
Blue Star, 1998. A consciousness transmigrator arrives from 2040.
He gets the essential golden finger: he discovers that the underlying logic of the world’s material reality has been digitized. Scanning the world, he finds it may be an experimental site.
He harvests technological energy and scans star systems, generating energy points by building factories.
Using dimensional portals, he travels to other worlds to gather resources and continually expand his production lines.
The first portal leads to a world rich in minerals and simple life. He turns it into a production base and develops its abundant resources.
The second portal leads to the world of Diablo. He shows the gods of another world what a storm of metal looks like. Once it’s been cleared out, it can serve as a second base, producing red and blue potions, creations of the world’s rules.
Then he returns to Blue Star, only to discover that the world has begun to digitize, allowing people to level up by fighting monsters.
He gains the Mechanist class, a perfect match for his golden finger.
The third portal leads to a world in StarCraft that the Zerg have already mined. A few low-level Zerg remain dormant, but there is no queen. The star system is no longer worth mining. He’ll develop technology and venture beyond the planet.
The overall pace is not fast. There are many things he can do but cannot talk about.
No female lead, no romance.
So far, this novel can be seen before digitization! What happened next? [Pauses face] What a pity
