One Piece: My Son Is Whitebeard

The Holy Land, Mary Geoise. The Room of Authority.

The Five Elders, the five highest authorities in the world, were seated together.

“The G-5 branch... is it confirmed?”

“Confirmed. The warship was destroyed by its own cannon fire. There were no survivors. Only one soldier was left, out of his mind and repeating a few words.” The blond Elder spoke. “‘Ice,’ ‘white hair,’ ‘silence.’”

Those words stirred the deepest fears within them.

“That file... has been sealed for seventy years.”

“Seventy years ago, he walked alone onto the Red Line and slaughtered the Holy Knights. Before the Empty Throne, he executed seventeen Celestial Dragons. His reason was... ‘They’re so ugly they’re ruining my mood for drinking.’”

“We sent every CP0 expert we had at the time, along with a Marine Admiral... and they were wiped out to the last man.”

“‘The Ghost of the Void’... He’s back.”

The man the World Government had done everything in its power to erase, the man whose very name they dared not speak, had returned.

“Now! Contact CP0! Activate the highest-level emergency protocol!”

“Notify Fleet Admiral Sengoku! Tell him to seal the news at any cost! That name must never appear in this world again!”

“And... go ‘there’ and awaken Lord Imu.”

“It’s too late.”

An abrupt voice rang out in the Room of Authority.

The Five Elders spun around.

At some point, a white-haired old man had appeared behind them, as though he had been standing there all along.

He wore a black trench coat, a broad-bladed saber hanging at his waist, and held a flask of liquor in one hand.
