Please Take Care of Me for the Rest of My Life, Mr. Lu

When a cool-headed surgeon, so precise she seems almost rigid, meets a mysterious tycoon clinging to life on the operating table, an encounter born of life and death completely derails the orderly life she had planned.

Lin Weiw an, a top medical graduate from a wealthy family, works harder than anyone. She earned her place at a leading hospital on merit alone, and her colleagues know her as the aloof genius whose hands never shake in the operating room. She has a doctor boyfriend from a family of equal standing. Their relationship is steady, their future clear, and everyone assumes she will follow the template of an exemplary life, until an emergency surgery in the early hours brings her face-to-face with Lu Shiyan, covered in blood and surrounded by men in black suits.

He is a ruthless power broker who can turn the business world upside down, but with her, he lets down his guard and forces his way into her life with almost obsessive devotion. He calls late at night to ask, “Does your wound hurt?” He uses his connections to clear every obstacle in her path, and when she is threatened, he throws himself in front of her without hesitation. She, accustomed to restraint and reason, discovers the thrill of falling for him in the tenderness with which he keeps crossing her boundaries. She gets jealous, flustered, and, for the first time, strays from the course she had planned for herself.
