Your Stomach, My Medicine

It is a connection that begins with late-night overtime and a bottle of stomach medicine.

Lin You is a brilliant programmer who works so obsessively on an assistive app for children with hearing impairments that he neglects to eat or sleep. His life is a mess, and he suffers from chronic stomach problems.

Ji Yun is a calm, accomplished cardiothoracic surgeon who cares a little too much about a certain “former patient.”

When he keeps showing up late at night with medicine and warm congee, what seems like one-sided medical care has already quietly become something else. Ji Yun’s persistence comes from wanting to “be part of his life,” while Lin You, growing accustomed to this warmth, has to face the stirrings within his own heart.

When Lin You’s passion project is betrayed by business interests, two people who both want to “save” others in their respective fields begin to become each other’s strongest support. It is a story about tender devotion, professional understanding, and love that thunders in the silence.
