Have you ever felt physically and mentally exhausted, not from work exhaustion but from emotional overexpenditure? Are other people's emotions, external disturbances, and inner struggles always consuming your precious energy?
"Being Emotionally Cold" does not teach you to become cold or withdrawn. On the contrary, it is designed to lead you to a higher level of emotional freedom - actively managing your emotions instead of being enslaved by them.
This book will provide you with a complete set of life philosophy and practical guidelines. You will learn how to set clear emotional boundaries and get rid of excessive empathy and emotional internal friction; how to use reason to guide decision-making and maintain clarity and independence in complex interpersonal relationships; how to recover dissipated emotional energy and use it for things you truly love, thereby gaining inner peace and strength.
This is not an emotional closure, but a spiritual renunciation. Open this book and embark on an inner journey of reshaping. You will learn to build a quiet and powerful inner world for yourself, face the outside world calmly, and ultimately move towards a freer and more independent life.
Reader comments
Reading the author's book is like a skylight suddenly opening, and your eyes suddenly become clear. Don't be swayed by emotions, not bound by emotions. As I get older, my heart feels like a cold pool, not because of ruthlessness, but because of my sobriety and self-control after seeing through it. When your passion is burned into scars by reality, you will learn to build a wall with indifference to isolate yourself from the noise. No longer will my heart be easily moved by anyone, nor will I bow my head because of anyone - like still water in winter, there are no ripples on the surface, but there is an unshakable determination hidden inside.
Very well written, thank you author, I learned a lot!
Very good, I learned a lot after reading it
