After Breaking Off the Engagement, I Found Out My Lover Is the Princess

In this setting, two women can marry and have children.

After the Zhenbei Marquis’s legitimate daughter, Su Qingyue, loses her family’s standing, her cousin steals her engagement to the heir of the Yongchang Marquis.

Everyone in the capital says she spends her days in tears. Little do they know she has already disguised herself as a man and bought a courtesan’s freedom at the Ningxiang Pavilion in the south of the city.

The beauty, Yun Shang, is graceful and otherworldly, but frail and often ill. Su Qingyue settles her in a private estate and pampers her with fine clothes and delicious food, wishing she could lay the best things in the world before her.

To support the woman she loves, Su Qingyue works tirelessly to build a thriving business. Whenever she sees Yun Shang smile, she feels every hardship has been worth it.

The only thing she regrets is that she cannot give the woman she loves a proper title.

The Eldest Princess, Chu Yuehua, vowed in her youth never to marry. At twenty, she became a Daoist nun, but at twenty-six, she was ambushed and rescued by a soft-spoken young woman.

The girl settled her in a private estate, caring for her day and night and providing her with every comfort.

“Big Sister, try this...”

“Are you cold, Big Sister?”

“Big Sister, can I give you a hug?”

The girl clung to her day after day, and Chu Yuehua gradually grew accustomed to the warmth. Even after she recovered, she still craved that tenderness. She would rather remain her “kept woman,” managing affairs in court while enjoying the girl’s devoted care.
