Devouring: Evolving from a Mortal

Hunger was all Lin Fan could feel. After transmigrating into this eerie world, he became a sickly man who could die at any moment. Then he ate the vengeful spirit choking him, and the Infinite Devouring System activated. Devour a vengeful spirit and gain the ability to “phase”; devour a zombie and gain “skin of bronze and bones of iron”; devour a thousand-year-old tree demon and gain “life drain”... The more he eats, the less human he becomes. When the righteous immortal sects regard him as a demon more terrifying than the supernatural, and a peerless demon emperor has half his body gnawed away, Lin Fan licks his lips and turns his gaze toward the “Heavenly Dao” high above the nine heavens.

“Don't lecture me about reason. I'm hungry.”
