Without a System or Cheats, I Had to Make My Own Hack

The Great Dao Is Supreme

Time is supreme, space reigns.

Fate is silent, cause and effect are sovereign.

Order sets the rules, the Heavenly Dao wields the laws.

Creation is unparalleled, reincarnation is infinite.

Yin and yang in harmony or opposition, the five elements generating and overcoming one another.

Destruction stays hidden, the path of power reigns supreme.

Flesh is frail, data weaves the soul, silicon forms the spirit. The intelligent machines ascend.

Birth, aging, sickness, and death; the principles of machinery shine anew.

The soul never perishes, consciousness endures forever.

Sever the bonds of fate, reverse the whims of chance.

Command life and death; creation follows the heart.

I decide my own destiny, beholden to no old rules.

Cast off the old and embrace the new; my Dao is the guiding principle.

Chaos returns to its source; nothingness is a dream.

At the end of all ways, I alone remain.

The age is remade; my Dao is the light.

The old era ends, a new chapter sets sail.

From the beginning of time until now, this alone is truth.

Eternal extinction, standing alone through the ages.

All things evolve; the Great Dao is supreme. This is a story about those memes, and about ideas that were reworked countless times and wild imaginings that finally made it onto the page.
