[Quick Transmigration] [GB] [Matriarchy]
The Matriarchy childbirth setting and the female protagonist's setup are explained at the end of Chapter 12.
1. In 1940, a wealthy young lady returns from studying in Nanyang to inherit the family business. As she steps off the boat, she is kidnapped and forced (or perhaps willing, swept away by his looks) to spend a night with a man. Having ruined his reputation, she has no choice but to take responsibility. Such is fate.
2. In 1980, a government-sponsored student returns home after eight years of studying medicine abroad, only to be struck by terrible news: her eldest sister, whose health was ruined while sent to the countryside, has little time left. She leaves behind a fiancé she never married. The younger sister inherits the elder sister's husband. Such are the ways of the world.
3. In 2000, an heiress is sent abroad to study, supposedly to gain experience. After all, how can she inherit the family's vast fortune without suffering a little?
The moment she gets off the plane, she is kidnapped and caught up in a dark underworld. Forced (or willing), she takes over the shadowy businesses abroad. Three years later, she returns home, only to find that her family has somehow acquired a “younger brother.”
She believes family ties were severed the day she left the country, but she absolutely will not allow someone else to possess what is hers.
The “younger brother,” however, has just one thought: he would rather die than leave this family.
